Our products are shipped directly from our inventory warehouse, some products may ship from our international warehouse.
Note that your products will be, at times, shipped separately. This is relevant for those ordering multiple products.
United States Customers
Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days (excluding major holidays) for your item(s) to be processed. A tracking number will be given to you when processing has been completed and your order is shipped.
Shipping rates are broken into three categories.
Flat Rate – Products utilizing this service can be expected in 8 to 12 business days after processing is completed.
UPS Express Saver – Products utilizing this service can be expected in 4 to 8 days after processing is completed.
Free Shipping Worldwide – Products utilizing this service can be expected in 12 to 20 business days after processing is completed, one must purchase more than $59.99 dollars of inventory to access this option.
Although we generally beat the estimates listed above, certain things like delays at customs or processing time can affect delivery time. Be aware that delays may happen and this may lengthen the time it takes for you to receive your products.

However, if you have not received your product within 30 days of ordering (US orders) or 50 days (International Orders), we will happily refund your purchase.
